Encore Health & Fitness Hours and Home Exercise Program

Encore Health & Fitness Facility has closed it’s door. The Headingley Community Centre Expansion (Fitness Facility & Wellness Studio) will be open for business at 12:00 p.m. on September 15th!  At this time the Fitness Centre will be open to Headingley residents only as we observe what the demand for the facility is.  A grand opening will be held on September 22, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. where all will be welcome to come and tour the facility.

Saturday & Sunday:
5:00 AM – 7:00 AM &
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key fobs are required for after-hours access.

Members with key fobs can enjoy the Fitness Centre & Wellness Studio during all designated after-hours times. (Key fobs are included with your membership)

Individual: An individual 18 years of age or older

Household:  Children (12-17 years of age) of individual members or children who are full-time students (subject to proof of student status) 25 years of age or younger, residing at the same address as the individual member.  Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Fitness Centre.

Student:  An individual 15 – 25 years of age who is a full-time student.

Senior:  An individual 55 years of age or older.
